එහෙම වෙන්නැති

සහෝදර තුරුවැල් මුදුන් මත
මතුව එන ලෙස මුයුරු වූ ඵල
පසෙහි මුසු වී තිබුණු වස විස
උරා බොන්නති නියගලා වැල

ශේෂ කඳු

තැනිතලා බිම් සිසාරා යන
බැල්මකින් ඇස් දෙක පුරෝගෙන
තනිව මුමුණන ශේෂ කඳු වෙති
වලාකුළු ගැන තැකීමක් නැති

උයන්පල්ලා

රෝස උයනට
පැමිණි කුමරිය
උයන්පල්ලා දෙස බලා

සියලු වල් පැළ
උගුලගෙන ගොස්
පුළුස්සන්නට අණ කළා

ළංව බැලුවොත්
මිසක්  නොපෙනෙන
පුංචි තණකොළ මල් දිහා

බලාගෙන සිටි
උයන්පල්ලා
තදින් හුස්මක් පිට කළා
